Panalytical Epsilon 1

This device measures X-ray fluorescence emission coming from samples excited with X-rays.

The XRF gives information on the elemental composition of samples. The device gives the results as composition tables, but X-ray fluorescence spectra are recorded, as well

Specifications:

• Detectable elements: Na and heavier.
• Solid or liquid samples
• Excitation: Ag tube with breaking radiation and AgK emission (22 keV).
