For the year 2016 we have a pleasure to have additional power to our group in the form of two new post docs from Brazil, Liana and Zé. Liana’s research area is focused on studies of photoluminescence properties on aluminates materials doped with Cr³⁺ and rare earths and Zé is investigating the photoluminescence of sunlight-activated persistent phosphors based on Ti³⁺ and Cr³⁺.
